Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, with experience managing high-value clients and driving revenue growth. Your strategic thinking skills enable you to develop and execute account plans that align with client objectives, identifying growth opportunities and addressing challenges effectively.
You possess exceptional leadership abilities, providing guidance and mentorship to other account managers to ensure their success. Your deep understanding of client business objectives allows you to build and nurture strong relationships with flagship partners, particularly in the Greater China Region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee and mentor a team of account managers, providing them with the coaching and support they need to excel. You will develop and execute strategic account plans that align with client business objectives, proactively identifying opportunities for growth and addressing any challenges that arise.
You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with flagship partners, ensuring that their objectives and requirements are met by effectively liaising between them and internal teams. Your role will involve driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships, making a significant impact on the success of Pinterest's client accounts.
