You have experience in account strategy or digital media, demonstrating your ability to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Your analytical skills enable you to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights that maximize results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing science, and creative teams to deliver holistic solutions to clients.
You are adept at educating clients on Pinterest’s ad capabilities, best practices, and new opportunities aligned with their business goals. Your strong communication skills allow you to lead regular business reviews and performance presentations with stakeholders at varying levels. You are proactive in identifying upsell opportunities and guiding clients through the adoption of new products or features.
What you'll do
As a Client Account Manager at Pinterest, you will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients in LATAM, focusing on partnership growth and client satisfaction. You will develop strategic recommendations that align with client marketing objectives and Pinterest’s value proposition. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance data and providing actionable insights to maximize results.
