Human Interest is hiring a Sales Activation Operations & Insights Analyst to optimize onboarding processes and manage sales activation projects. You'll work closely with sales and operations teams to improve workflows and analyze data insights. This role requires a strong background in project management.

You are comfortable communicating with stakeholders and managing shared inboxes, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed.
You have experience evaluating existing onboarding processes to identify inefficiencies. You develop comprehensive improvement plans and execute changes to optimize workflows, ensuring that the sales activation process is as efficient as possible. Your analytical skills allow you to analyze onboarding data and insights effectively, providing valuable feedback to enhance the overall process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with sales, Sales Activation, and operations teams to manage various Sales Activation projects and initiatives. You will evaluate existing onboarding processes, identify inefficiencies, and develop comprehensive improvement plans to optimize workflows. Your ability to analyze onboarding data and insights will be crucial in driving improvements and ensuring that the sales activation process is streamlined and effective.
You will be responsible for communicating with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines. Your project management skills will be put to the test as you juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. You will also be expected to adapt to additional responsibilities as they arise, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to the team's success.
