Who you are

You are a highly analytical and results-driven professional with a strong background in sales operations. You have experience transforming complex revenue data into clear, actionable insights that support leadership teams. Your expertise in data modeling allows you to provide high-urgency strategic analysis for executives, including the CRO and CEO. You are proficient in Excel and familiar with various Business Intelligence tools, enabling you to analyze data effectively and present findings in a compelling manner.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue operations. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret data trends make you a valuable asset in annual planning and performance measurement. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are committed to driving efficiency within the revenue engine.

Desirable

Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with sales processes are a plus. You may also have knowledge of additional BI tools that can further enhance your analytical capabilities. A background in finance or a related field can be beneficial, as it provides a solid foundation for understanding revenue metrics and performance indicators.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be a core driver of WorkWave's revenue engine's efficiency and predictability. You will analyze complex revenue data and transform it into actionable insights that support the Go-To-Market leadership team. Your responsibilities will include conducting performance measurements, providing strategic analysis, and assisting in annual planning processes. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment on revenue goals and strategies.

You will play a key role in identifying trends and patterns in sales data, helping to inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organization. Your insights will guide the CRO, CEO, and Board in understanding revenue performance and potential areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for creating reports and presentations that effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders.
