You have 5+ years of software engineering experience, particularly in building and maintaining APIs. Your expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails allows you to design and implement robust solutions that enhance user experience and integration capabilities. You possess excellent problem-solving skills and can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a fully remote environment and are comfortable collaborating with a global team.
Desirable
Experience with third-party integrations and professional services automation tools is a plus. Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts can help you understand the mission of Huntress better.
What you'll do
As a Senior Software Engineer at Huntress, you will own and deliver end-to-end features across our API and integrations surface area. You will design and implement public APIs and webhooks that facilitate seamless connections between the Huntress platform and third-party services. Collaborating closely with the Engineering Manager and other team members, you will ensure that our integrations meet the needs of our customers and partners. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and optimizing existing API functionalities to enhance performance and reliability.
What we offer
Huntress provides a competitive compensation package, including a base salary ranging from $160,000 to $190,000, plus bonuses and equity.
