Hyperliminal is hiring a part-time Executive Assistant to support the founder and CEO in managing various administrative tasks and reducing complexity in daily operations. This role is based in Norwich and requires strong organizational skills.

Who you are
You are an organized and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You understand the importance of anticipating needs and handling tasks without needing explicit instructions. You are comfortable managing calendars, travel arrangements, and various administrative duties, ensuring that the founder can focus on impactful business activities. You possess a creative mindset, allowing you to find scrappy solutions to unexpected challenges that may arise. You are adaptable and prepared to occasionally work outside of standard hours or travel internationally when necessary.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the founder's calendar and travel arrangements, ensuring that all commitments are organized and prioritized effectively. You will handle various administrative tasks, including light bookkeeping and managing company obligations, to keep operations running smoothly. Your ability to filter important communications and escalate only the necessary issues will be crucial in maintaining focus on high-impact activities. You will also be expected to find creative solutions to logistical challenges, demonstrating your resourcefulness and initiative in a startup environment.
What we offer
As a part of Hyperliminal, you will be joining a VC-backed tech startup with a mission to build an online virtual world. You will have the opportunity to grow with the company, potentially transitioning to a full-time role based on your impact and contributions. The starting rate for this position is £14/hour, with an initial commitment of 16 hours per week, equivalent to two days. Additionally, you will be part of a team where every employee owns a piece of the company through stock options, fostering a sense of ownership and collaboration.
