You have a strong foundation in graphic design and experience applying practical and conceptual design across brand systems, interaction, and digital product design. You bring a distinctive visual voice and raise the bar for quality, helping others do the same. Your ability to guide teams and clients through complex design challenges sets you apart, and you thrive in collaborative environments.

You have experience leading multidisciplinary teams through all phases of the design process, from early research and exploration through prototyping, refinement, and client-facing storytelling. You understand the importance of storytelling in design and can turn research and open-ended questions into visual systems that build empathy for people.

What you'll do

As a Visual Communication Design Lead, you will own the visual direction of engagements and lead project teams in creating exceptional visual craft. You will collaborate closely with clients to make complex ideas clear and actionable, ensuring that your design work resonates with audiences. Your portfolio will span brand strategy and expression, storytelling systems, interaction and digital product design, data visualization, packaging, and environmental design.

You will work on diverse projects that challenge your creativity and push the boundaries of design. Your role will involve mentoring other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within your team. You will also be responsible for setting the visual direction for projects, ensuring that all design outputs align with client goals and expectations.
