What you'll do
As the Country Manager, you will be responsible for outside, direct sales of the NRS product and service portfolio in Puerto Rico. You will develop a strategic plan to increase the reach of NRS products and services by identifying and onboarding new distributors. Your role will involve maintaining constant communication with distributors to ensure they are equipped to sell effectively. You will also monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction, making adjustments to your strategy as needed to achieve targets.
You will collaborate closely with the NRS team to understand product offerings and market trends, ensuring that you are well-informed to support your distributors. Your responsibilities will include training new distributors on the NRS product line and providing ongoing support to help them succeed. You will also be tasked with identifying new market segments and opportunities for growth, contributing to the overall expansion of NRS in Puerto Rico.
