IDT is hiring a Channel Sales Manager to develop and build a team of Distributors for their Point of Sale System and related services. You'll be responsible for onboarding new Distributors and maintaining ongoing relationships. Prior experience in sales, particularly in POS systems or retail services, is preferred.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a self-motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager with a proven track record in sales. You thrive in building relationships and have a high-energy, organized approach to your work. Your experience in selling Point of Sale systems, credit card processing, or within the retail service industries sets you apart. You understand the importance of onboarding and maintaining contact with Distributors to ensure their success in selling services.
You possess strong communication skills and a can-do attitude, which helps you engage effectively with potential Distributors. Your ability to identify new opportunities and nurture existing relationships is key to your success in this role. You are comfortable with limited travel for trade shows and occasional in-person meetings, which allows you to connect with your team and partners effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and build a team of Distributors to sell the NRS Pay, NRS Funding, and NRS Petro services. You will be responsible for identifying new Distributors, onboarding them, and ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Your role will involve constant communication with Distributors to keep them motivated and engaged in selling our services. You will also track performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of your team and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
You will collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure that the services offered meet market demands and that Distributors are equipped with the right tools and knowledge. Your ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly will be crucial in expanding our reach and increasing sales.
