What you'll do

As a Senior Engineering Manager at Illumio, you will oversee a team of 9+ engineers, ensuring that they are equipped to deliver high-quality engineering solutions. You will be responsible for the complete end-to-end delivery of projects, from initial design through to implementation and support. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product management, design, and other engineering teams to align on project goals and timelines.

You will drive the design and development of innovative solutions that enhance Illumio's breach containment platform, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to address the evolving landscape of cybersecurity threats. You will establish best practices for engineering processes and foster a culture of accountability and excellence within your team. Your leadership will be crucial in mentoring and developing the next generation of engineering leaders at Illumio.
