Overview
Imbue is hiring a Product Operations professional to help build a coding agent platform for developers. You'll work closely with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure successful feature execution. This role requires experience in organizing systems and championing user needs.

Who you are
You have a strong background in product operations or product management, ideally with experience in technical products. You excel at organizing and building systems that connect product, engineering, design, and marketing teams, ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of everything you do. Your ability to translate features into actionable tasks is key to keeping the roadmap moving forward. You are excited about the opportunity to design your own coding agent workflows and contribute to a radically different AI company.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a driving force behind the organization of design and engineering teams. When a feature is greenlit, you will take the lead in translating that into execution, enabling successful launches. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the product aligns with user needs and expectations. Your role will involve championing the user experience and ensuring that the product evolves in a way that meets the demands of developers. You will also have the opportunity to design workflows that enhance the coding agent platform, making it easier for users to create custom agents and software.
