Your expertise in SQL and data visualization tools allows you to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive business growth. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and have a knack for communicating data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
You possess a deep understanding of customer insights and product performance metrics, enabling you to measure and enhance customer retention effectively. Your technical skills in building data solutions are complemented by your ability to think strategically about how data can influence marketing and operational decisions. What you'll do
As the Lead Data Analyst at Vendelux, you will be responsible for executing the strategic analytics roadmap, working closely with the Head of Data & AI. You will partner with executives and business teams to recommend data-driven solutions that maximize the impact of events for our clients. Your role will involve defining and tracking key performance indicators, analyzing trends, and providing insights that inform strategic decisions.
You will lead initiatives to enhance data quality and accessibility, ensuring that all stakeholders can leverage data effectively. Your responsibilities will include developing dashboards and reports that visualize data insights, facilitating data-driven discussions, and identifying opportunities for improvement across the organization. You will also mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of data literacy and analytical thinking within the team.
