Who you are
You have a strong background in demand generation and marketing, with experience in driving lead generation programs and processes. You are skilled in utilizing various outreach methods such as cold calling, email marketing campaigns, and social media to prospect for new enterprise customers. Your understanding of the healthcare technology space, particularly in areas like population health management, positions you well to identify and engage key personas effectively.
You are data-driven and capable of developing and executing strategic business plans to expand the company's customer base. Your ability to monitor and achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) demonstrates your focus on results and growth. You thrive in collaborative environments, working hand in hand with upper management and cross-functional teams to implement and measure new systems and campaigns.
What you'll do
In this role, you will generate sales opportunities within the healthcare technology sector, focusing on areas such as population health management and customer relationship management. You will develop and execute an account mapping plan to aggressively grow the sales funnel and qualify potential new sales leads. Your responsibilities will include researching accounts, identifying key personas to target, and proactively reaching out to decision-makers such as Founders, CEOs, or CXOs of companies.
You will design and implement a strategic business plan to ensure a strong presence across the US market, presenting sales, revenue, and budget reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team. Your role will also involve monitoring KPIs, including Qualified Leads and Meeting Conversions, to ensure that the demand generation strategy is effective and aligned with the company's goals.
