What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the customer success team, guiding them in their efforts to support clients in achieving their business goals. You will immerse yourself in customer workflows, identifying key problems and collaborating with clients to develop tailored solutions. Your responsibilities will include managing project delivery, overseeing team performance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the engagement.
