Job Description
Who you are
You are a highly motivated Customer Success leader with a growth mindset, ready to help lead and coach a new generation of managers and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) supporting Attentive's Strategic segment. You have a proven track record of improving customer engagements and refining processes to enhance team performance. Your experience includes driving retention and account health, ensuring that your team delivers exceptional consultative experiences to top customers.
You possess strong leadership skills and are adept at working cross-functionally with various teams to spearhead growth initiatives. Your ability to create and implement effective strategies will be crucial in transforming Attentive into a multi-product company. You understand the importance of building authentic customer relationships and are passionate about leveraging technology and human expertise to achieve this.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for coaching your team to elevate customer engagements and drive retention for Attentive's highest value customers. You will create and refine team and company-wide processes that enhance customer success and satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Customer Success team.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and service enhancements. By driving consultative experiences and partnerships, you will help reduce churn and contribute to expansion growth for Attentive's Strategic customers. This position offers a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on the company's success while owning the east coast book of business for the Strategic segment.
