Who you are
You have a strong background in IT operations management, with experience leading teams and ensuring high-quality end-user experiences. You excel in overseeing IT asset management, including procurement, inventory tracking, compliance, and lifecycle management. Your ability to communicate effectively with both IT and business stakeholders allows you to align technology solutions with business objectives seamlessly. You are proactive in driving key IT projects and automation initiatives to enhance organizational efficiency.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, where you can engage with team members and stakeholders to understand technology needs and explore opportunities for process automation. Your analytical mindset helps you review IT service desk metrics and address high-priority incidents or escalations efficiently. You are skilled in coordinating daily team stand-ups to prioritize support activities and resolve operational roadblocks effectively.
What you'll do

You will start your day by reviewing IT service desk metrics and addressing high-priority incidents or escalations. You will coordinate daily team stand-ups to discuss current tasks, prioritize support activities, and resolve operational roadblocks. Leading project meetings, you will track project milestones and ensure strategic initiatives align with organizational goals. Engaging with business stakeholders, you will understand technology needs, explore opportunities for process automation, and enhance user experience.
