Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in the healthcare technology sector — you've successfully led product initiatives from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with business strategies and user needs. Your expertise in AI and data governance is complemented by a strong understanding of user management and authentication processes, making you well-suited for this role.
You possess a deep understanding of platform-scale capabilities, including access governance and API integrations — your experience with multi-channel communication services and billing metering will be invaluable as you drive the development of InCore components. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring that all aspects of product development are executed seamlessly.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Innovaccer, you will own and drive the development of InCore components that power the Gravity Platform — your responsibilities will include overseeing user management, authentication, and access governance features. You will work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that the platform meets the highest standards of security and compliance.
You will lead initiatives related to metadata management and unified asset catalogs, ensuring that all platform assets are easily accessible and well-governed. Your role will also involve coordinating external app integrations, enhancing the platform's interoperability with EHRs and partner applications.
In this high-impact position, you will be responsible for defining product roadmaps, conducting user research, and analyzing market trends to inform product decisions. You will also be expected to mentor junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation within the team.
