Product Manager • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have 2-5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the financial services or payments sector. You possess a strong curiosity about technology and have previously worked in technical roles, which allows you to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand the technology stack involved in product development. Your ability to analyze customer journeys and business applicability is key to your success in this role.

You are skilled at writing detailed product requirement documents and managing product roadmaps. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with business heads and engineering partners to ensure that product decisions are clear, simple, and technically sound. Your strong knowledge of various technology platforms enables you to make informed decisions and drive product strategy effectively.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Paytm, you will be responsible for enabling the delivery of high-quality financial and payment products. You will work closely with business leads to understand product use cases and customer journeys, ensuring that each use case is aligned with business goals. You will collaborate with solution architects and engineering leads to write detailed product requirement documents and manage future roadmaps and deliverables.

Your role will involve making clear and technically sound decisions that impact product development. You will be expected to raise your hand when you identify opportunities for improvement or innovation within the product area. You will also engage in stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the product development process.
