Who you are
You have extensive experience in product management, particularly in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), with a proven track record of leading product strategies that align with customer needs and market demands. Your operational expertise in areas such as patient access, billing, coding, claims management, and denials management enables you to design impactful product features that enhance financial outcomes for healthcare providers.
You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, data science, and clinical teams, to translate complex business needs into scalable product solutions. Your ability to gather feedback from customers and RCM operations teams ensures that product-market fit is validated and successful adoption is achieved.
What you'll do
In this pivotal role, you will define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Innovaccerβs RCM solutions, focusing on solving complex operational challenges for healthcare providers. You will leverage your deep domain knowledge to design impactful product features that drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiencies. Your leadership will guide cross-functional collaboration to build innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.
