Overview

Fleetio is seeking a Senior Director of Revenue Marketing to lead data-driven marketing initiatives that convert awareness into revenue. This role requires a strategic mindset and a proven track record in B2B SaaS marketing.

Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in revenue marketing, particularly in B2B SaaS environments, where you've successfully driven significant pipeline growth. Your strategic mindset allows you to architect marketing initiatives that effectively convert awareness into revenue, and you thrive in fast-paced, transformative settings. You are data-driven and understand how to leverage analytics to inform marketing strategies and decisions. You possess strong leadership skills, having managed teams across various marketing functions including web, content, digital, and lifecycle programs. You are comfortable collaborating with sales and revenue operations to set goals and measure performance, ensuring accountability across the marketing pipeline.

Desirable

Experience in managing marketing for a technology company is a plus, as is familiarity with the transportation technology sector. You have a proven ability to drive 20%+ year-over-year pipeline growth and are adept at building predictable revenue engines. Your creativity complements your analytical skills, allowing you to connect data insights with innovative marketing strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the marketing pipeline across SMB, MM, and ENT segments, partnering closely with Sales and RevOps to set ambitious goals and accurately forecast performance. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive consistent growth, ensuring that all marketing initiatives are data-backed and aligned with business objectives. You will lead a team of marketers, fostering a culture of accountability and creativity, and ensuring that all programs are optimized for performance. Your role will involve analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making informed decisions to enhance pipeline performance. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts are integrated with sales strategies and overall company goals.
