You have over 5 years of experience in technical accounting, ideally within a SaaS or IT environment. Your expertise in US GAAP is complemented by a strong understanding of revenue recognition and contract management. You hold a CA, CMA, CPA, or MBA, which equips you with the necessary knowledge to navigate complex accounting issues. Your background with a Big 4 firm is a significant advantage, showcasing your ability to handle high-stakes financial matters. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to monitor changes in accounting standards effectively.

What you'll do

As a Senior Specialist in Technical Accounting, you will serve as the internal expert on various accounting matters, ensuring that all policies and procedures comply with US GAAP. You will manage all technical accounting issues in collaboration with external audit firms, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements along with necessary disclosures. Your role will involve researching and documenting technical accounting issues, which will require you to stay updated on relevant changes in US GAAP. You will also work closely with other functional teams to improve system processes and reporting outputs, making your contributions vital to the overall financial governance of Innovaccer.
