With at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, you have a proven track record of developing and maintaining robust applications. Your expertise in PostgreSQL or other relational databases allows you to optimize performance and ensure data integrity across systems. You possess outstanding analytical skills, enabling you to address real-world problems effectively and make data-driven decisions in your development work.

You have a solid understanding of cloud architecture and are familiar with building solutions using managed services. Your experience includes writing integration tests to ensure the reliability and quality of the software you develop. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with operations, sales, and product teams to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions. You are passionate about driving innovation and integrating cutting-edge technologies into your work.

Desirable

Experience with additional database technologies or cloud platforms is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and a commitment to continuous learning will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to exploring new tools and frameworks that can enhance your development process.

What you'll do

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and maintain Inspiren's applications. You will analyze software features for performance and make informed decisions based on data insights. Your responsibilities will include driving innovation within the ecosystem, ensuring that the software meets the highest standards of quality and performance throughout its lifecycle. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise in production environments, ensuring minimal disruption to users.

You will take ownership of specific projects, guiding them from conception through to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of the solutions provided to senior living communities. You will be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking ways to improve the software and the development process.
