What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for FoodStorm, you will lead a team of full-stack engineers responsible for the Order Management Platform. Your role will involve driving both technical and product initiatives that enable retailers to scale their operations effectively. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform meets the varied needs of enterprise partners. Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, conducting performance reviews, and facilitating career development discussions. You will also be involved in strategic planning and execution, ensuring that the team is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. Your leadership will directly influence how enterprise partners manage orders, production, fulfillment, and integrations, making a significant impact on the grocery industry.
