What you'll do
As a Field Technician Contractor at Instacart, you will support the Deployment Operations team across partner locations. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software-related issues. You will work with tickets submitted via the Support Portal, providing on-site troubleshooting and resolution as needed. Your role will also involve offering feedback on the state of hardware and software in the field, helping to enhance operational efficiency. You will be equipped with all the necessary tools and work instructions to solve on-site challenges effectively.
