What you'll do
As a Field Technician Contractor at Instacart, you will support the Deployment Operations team across partner locations. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up hardware and software, diagnosing issues, and resolving them on-site. You will work with tickets submitted via the Support Portal, ensuring timely and effective troubleshooting. Your role will also involve providing feedback on the state of hardware and software in the field, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations. You will be equipped with all necessary tools and work instructions to solve on-site issues efficiently. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively will be essential in delivering exceptional service to our partners.
