What you'll do
In this role, you will provide legal support for Instacart's Ads and Marketing teams, advising on a wide array of legal and business issues. You will negotiate advertising and marketing deals, ensuring they align with legal compliance and company policies. Your work will involve collaborating with product teams to advise on legal compliance for product launches and marketing initiatives.
You will also play a key role in developing and implementing legal strategies that support the growth of Instacart's Ads business. This includes staying updated on industry trends and legal developments that may impact the company's operations. Your insights will help shape the company's approach to advertising and marketing in a rapidly evolving landscape.
