Who you are
You are an experienced legal professional with a strong background in life sciences, particularly in brand and commercial law. You have a proven track record of translating complex regulatory requirements into practical guidance that enables compliant commercialization. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Patient Advocacy, sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can push boundaries and empower others to solve problems. You are detail-oriented and understand the nuances of interactions with healthcare professionals, patients, payers, and consumers.
Desirable
Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, as is familiarity with compliance issues related to healthcare interactions. You may also have a network of contacts within the industry that can help facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to cross-functional brand teams, providing legal and compliance guidance that aligns with the company's commercial strategy. You will serve as an active member of the companyβs material review committee, ensuring that all marketing and sales materials comply with legal standards. Your insights will help mitigate risks while enabling effective execution of commercial strategies. You will also be responsible for advising on appropriate interactions with healthcare professionals and ensuring that all activities are compliant with relevant regulations.
