What you'll do
As the Principal Product Manager for Agentic Commerce at Instacart, you will spearhead the development of Cart Assistant, an AI-driven shopping agent designed to enhance the grocery shopping experience. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize features that deliver maximum value to users. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer pain points and preferences, ensuring that the product meets the diverse needs of our community.
You will be responsible for setting key performance indicators and measuring the success of product initiatives, using data to inform decisions and iterate on features. Additionally, you will lead A/B testing efforts to optimize user engagement and conversion rates, ensuring that Cart Assistant provides a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Your leadership will guide the team in navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in the rapidly evolving grocery landscape.
