Desirable

What you'll do

In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategy and execution of groundbreaking agentic AI solutions at Five9. You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap and ensuring that the development of AI-driven quality management tools aligns with customer needs and market trends. Your leadership will guide cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of innovative solutions that enhance customer interactions at scale.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring your product vision to life. This includes conducting user research, defining success metrics, and iterating on product features based on feedback and performance data. You will also be responsible for stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle.

As a principal-level product manager, you will mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team. You will advocate for the needs of customers and ensure that the products developed not only meet but exceed expectations in terms of quality and performance.
