Desirable
Experience with grocery or e-commerce platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with user research methodologies and A/B testing. You have a keen interest in AI technologies and their application in enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
What you'll do
As the Principal Product Manager for the Agentic Commerce team, you will lead the development of Cart Assistant, an AI-powered shopping agent designed to provide personalized shopping experiences. You will define the product roadmap, prioritize features based on user needs, and work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform product decisions and collaborating with marketing to align product messaging with customer expectations. You will also be responsible for measuring the success of product initiatives through key performance indicators and iterating on features based on user feedback.
