What you'll do

As a Data Captain, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing data collection team. You will refer, hire, and onboard a minimum of 10 data collectors, with the potential to scale the team up to 20 based on performance and requirements. Your role will involve ensuring that daily and weekly data collection targets are met while maintaining data quality and adherence to recording guidelines. You will handle logistics related to device management, including pickup, distribution, collection, and return of recording devices.

You will continuously monitor team performance and make necessary adjustments to maintain productivity targets. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a collaborative team environment where data collectors feel supported and empowered to achieve their goals. You will also be responsible for managing the hiring and rehiring process to ensure that the team is always equipped to meet the demands of the role.
