What you'll do

As a Field Recruiter at Instawork, you will be responsible for live monitoring of over 50 Data Collectors, ensuring they are active and meeting their daily targets. You will follow up with team members who may be falling behind and provide support to help them stay on track. Your role will involve motivating the Data Collectors to complete their work on time and adhere to all recording rules.

You will manage productivity by tracking the hours worked and ensuring that the Data Collectors meet their targets of 30 hours in 6 days or 100 hours in 20 days. You will also clarify any questions regarding the recording process and provide guidance as needed.
