What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for hiring new agents and building a cohesive team dedicated to executing AI-driven tasks. You will mentor and manage your team, ensuring they perform effectively in task-based workflows that require both physical and data-driven approaches. Your oversight will include maintaining high quality assurance standards by developing SOPs and defining quality control processes.

You will regularly review completed work to ensure compliance with established standards and provide feedback to your team to facilitate continuous improvement. Your role will also involve strategic oversight, acting as the key link between execution and broader operational goals. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to align team efforts with the company's mission of creating meaningful economic opportunities through AI and robotics.
