Who you are
You are an energetic and outgoing individual who thrives in social environments β you know how to connect with people and create excitement around new technologies. You have a keen interest in AI and robotics, and you're fascinated by how these technologies perceive the world. You enjoy working with students and have a knack for making complex concepts accessible and engaging. You are tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile applications to facilitate data collection.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the face of Instawork's robotics initiatives on your campus. Your primary mission will be to engage and recruit fellow students to participate in paid data recording sessions. You will approach students in various campus locations, such as quads and student unions, inviting them to contribute to important data collection efforts. You will guide participants through the process of recording high-quality video and sensor data, ensuring that all instructions are followed for optimal data usability. Additionally, you will educate participants about the purpose of the technology, fostering excitement and interest in AI and robotics.
