You are data-driven, using market insights and internal metrics to refine your recruiting strategies and improve process efficiency. Your excellent written and verbal communication skills enable you to act as a trusted advisor to both internal stakeholders and external candidates. What you'll do
In this role, you will partner with multiple internal stakeholders to understand their hiring objectives and drive recruiting strategies that align with long-term organizational goals.
