Instructure is seeking a Senior Corporate FP&A Analyst to enhance reporting operations and data accuracy within their global Finance organization. This role involves preparing monthly reporting packages and building dashboards to support executive-level reporting.

You are a detail-oriented and technically driven professional with experience in financial planning and analysis. Your ability to partner closely with various teams, including Revenue Operations and Sales, ensures alignment and consistency in executive-level reporting. You understand the importance of scalable and repeatable processes that support strong financial storytelling.
You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable navigating complex financial data. Your experience in preparing reporting packages and improving reporting processes makes you a valuable asset to any finance team. You are proactive in identifying areas for improvement and are skilled at implementing solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness in financial reporting.
Desirable
Experience with financial modeling and forecasting would be beneficial. Familiarity with financial reporting tools and systems is a plus, as is a background in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies that can enhance your reporting capabilities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a key part in the Corporate FP&A team, preparing monthly reporting packages that provide insights into financial performance. You will build dashboards that visualize key metrics and trends, helping stakeholders make informed decisions. Your work will involve improving data accuracy and supporting standardized reporting processes that align with the company's strategic objectives.
You will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations and Sales teams to ensure that financial data is consistent and reliable. This partnership will enable you to contribute to executive-level reporting that reflects the company's performance accurately. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to streamline reporting processes, making them more efficient and effective.
