You have extensive experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally with a focus on channel sales and partner enablement. Your technical leadership skills are complemented by your ability to build strong relationships with diverse partners across multiple cultures and languages. You are fluent in both Arabic and English, which allows you to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment. You understand the importance of onboarding and certification processes, and you have a knack for guiding partners through complex solution designs. Your background includes working with learning management systems, and you are familiar with the Instructure Learning Platform, including products like Canvas LMS and Canvas Studio.

Desirable

Experience in the education technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with deployment considerations and integration best practices. You thrive in environments that require travel and are comfortable supporting partners and customers across various regions, including the Middle East and Africa. Your ability to maintain quality standards and strengthen partner capabilities will be crucial in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Instructure, your primary mission will be to accelerate the company's expansion across the Middle East, Central Europe, and Africa. You will work closely with channel partners to ensure they are well-equipped to represent and deploy the Instructure Learning Platform. This includes guiding partners through onboarding processes, certification, and solution design, ensuring they are prepared to lead their own discovery sessions and implementation conversations. You will also support partners with deployment considerations and integration best practices, helping to shape a reliable and high-performing network across a diverse region.

In addition to partner enablement, you will collaborate with Regional Directors and Account Executives to support key customer evaluations and contribute to the technical success of major opportunities. Your role will involve maintaining consistent quality standards and strengthening partner capabilities, which are essential for the growth of Instructure's presence in the EMEA region. You will be expected to travel up to 50-60% of the time to support partners and customers, making your ability to adapt to different cultures and languages a significant asset.
