You have a strong background in accounts payable management, with experience leading teams and driving process improvements. Your expertise in financial operations allows you to oversee daily AP functions effectively, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all transactions. You are skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Procurement and FP&A, to enhance operational efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high integrity in financial processes.
Desirable
Experience with financial software such as NetSuite or similar ERP systems is a plus. Familiarity with AI-enhanced customer service tools can also be beneficial in understanding the broader context of Intercom's operations.
What you'll do
As the Accounts Payable Manager at Intercom, you will lead the global AP operations, managing a dedicated team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. You will oversee the daily P2P operations, including inbox approvals and payment runs, while driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of AP tools and processes.
