You are proficient in Python and SQL, enabling you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively. What you'll do
As a Forward Deployed Data Scientist at Intercom, you will embed with our most strategic customers to build enterprise-grade deployments of our AI agent, Fin. You will leverage your data science expertise to analyze customer data, generate insights, and drive evidence-based decision-making. Your role will involve collaborating with customers to understand their unique challenges and developing tailored solutions that enhance their customer service capabilities. You will work closely with the Research, Analytics & Data Science team to ensure that your insights align with broader product strategies. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings to stakeholders, helping them understand the value of data-driven approaches in transforming customer experiences. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of customer service at Intercom.
