You possess strong analytical skills and can facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping effectively. Your experience in guiding customers through technology transformations, particularly in AI-driven environments, is a significant asset. You are comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and can communicate effectively at all levels.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Intercom, you will partner with our largest customers to ensure their success with our AI Customer Service solutions. You will guide them through the implementation of our AI agent, Fin, helping them achieve measurable adoption and optimal automation rates. Your role will involve scoping projects, gathering requirements, and mapping out processes to align with customer goals.
You will work closely with customer support teams to drive engagement and ensure that they are leveraging our solutions to their fullest potential. Your insights will help shape how leading companies deploy AI to transform their support operations. You will also be responsible for tracking customer success metrics and reporting on outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
