Who you are

You have a proven track record in customer success management, ideally with experience in AI-driven solutions. You excel at building trusted advisor relationships with customers, from C-suite stakeholders to individual contributors, and you understand the nuances of guiding organizations through significant transformations. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to facilitate requirements gathering and process mapping effectively.

You are fluent in French, which enables you to engage with a broader range of clients and stakeholders. Your ability to navigate complex customer environments and provide tailored solutions sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative settings and enjoy working with diverse teams to achieve strategic outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Intercom, you will partner with our largest and most complex customers to help them succeed in the new era of AI-driven customer service. You will guide customers through their AI Agent transformation with Fin, from early project scoping and requirements gathering to measurable adoption and achieving industry-best automation rates. Your role will involve developing trusted advisor relationships, facilitating discussions with C-suite leaders, and ensuring that our customers realize the full value of their investment in our solutions.

You will be responsible for monitoring customer health and engagement, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will ensure that customer feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements. Your insights will help shape the future of our customer service offerings, making a significant impact on how businesses interact with their customers.
