You have 5+ years of experience in machine learning and AI, with a strong background in developing and deploying ML products. You are skilled in Python and have hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow and Keras, enabling you to build and optimize complex models. Your expertise includes both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques, and you are familiar with the latest advancements in the field, including transformer neural networks and large language models. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that enhance customer experiences.
Desirable
Experience with productizing machine learning solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven customer service applications. You have a passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of what is possible with AI technology. What you'll do
