You have extensive experience in brand marketing, particularly in developing and executing high-impact brand campaigns. Your expertise in media strategy allows you to determine the best channels for brand visibility, ensuring that every placement drives awareness and consideration. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to shape how the world experiences the brand. Your analytical skills enable you to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize future initiatives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the end-to-end development of brand campaigns, from insight and strategy through media planning and performance storytelling. You will lead Intercom's brand media program, determining where and how the brand shows up across various channels such as CTV, OOH, audio, and paid social. You will partner with top-tier external agencies and media partners to ensure that every campaign is executed flawlessly and achieves its objectives. Your leadership will be crucial in shaping the brand's narrative and ensuring that it resonates with target audiences.
