Who you are
You are a strategic and insightful brand builder with over 5 years of experience in brand marketing. You thrive in fast-moving, high-impact teams and are comfortable operating across various levels of an organization. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and synthesize complex inputs into clear strategic direction sets you apart. You have a strong understanding of customer journeys and can craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. You also possess knowledge of Generative AI in marketing, leveraging AI tools to unlock stronger insights and enhance campaign impact.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the long-term direction of the eero brand, focusing on brand platform, architecture, and messaging. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing programs that change audience perceptions and behaviors. Your work will involve translating brand strategy into storytelling and always-on experiences across the customer journey. You will analyze customer insights and market trends to inform your strategies and ensure the brand is consistently represented in-market. Collaboration with teams in Creative & Design, Measurement & Analytics, Paid Media, and Product Marketing will be key to your success.
