You have 5+ years of experience in product engineering, particularly in AI and machine learning. You understand the intricacies of building AI-powered products and have a strong grasp of the technologies that drive them. Your background includes working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You are adept at defining new features and researching algorithms that enhance product functionality. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about applying machine learning to solve real-world problems.
Desirable
Experience with customer service technologies or platforms is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Engineer at Intercom, you will be responsible for building and enhancing AI-powered products that transform customer service experiences.
