Permutive is hiring a Senior Product Manager for their Identity & Marketplace team to drive user acquisition and improve collaboration in the advertising ecosystem. This role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills.
Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the advertising or technology sectors — you've successfully led cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that enhance user privacy and engagement. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify market opportunities and drive product vision effectively.
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to inform decisions — you understand the importance of metrics in measuring product success and can translate complex data into actionable insights. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams — you know that the best products come from empowered teams and you foster a culture of open communication and innovation.
Desirable
Experience in the ad tech industry or with data collaboration platforms is a plus — familiarity with privacy regulations and user consent frameworks will help you navigate the complexities of the advertising ecosystem. A background in AI or cloud technologies would also be beneficial as you work with cutting-edge solutions.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Permutive, you will own the product roadmap for the Identity & Marketplace team — you will lead initiatives that enhance user privacy while maximizing advertising effectiveness. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand pain points and opportunities, ensuring that the product aligns with market needs.
You will collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features that drive user engagement and satisfaction — your leadership will guide the team through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and analyzing product performance to inform future iterations.
In addition, you will engage with key stakeholders, including advertisers and publishers, to gather feedback and ensure that the product meets their needs — your ability to build strong relationships will be crucial in driving product adoption and success.
