Who you are
You have significant experience in video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your editorial craft and narrative structure. You are comfortable stepping into light shooting and on-set collaboration, bringing a network of collaborators to scale production as needs evolve. Your ability to work closely with designers and other creatives is essential, as you will be a foundational member of a small, high-impact video team.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by a mission to deliver incredible customer experiences. Your understanding of how to tell compelling stories through video will be key in shaping the visual narrative of Intercom's products and campaigns. You are detail-oriented and have a strong sense of aesthetics, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with the brand's values and goals.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for editing video content that brings Intercom's stories and products to life. You will collaborate closely with the Director of the Intercom Creative Studio and other team members to conceptualize and execute video projects. Your work will involve not only editing but also contributing to the overall creative direction of video content.
You will participate in brainstorming sessions, providing insights and ideas that enhance the storytelling process. As a Senior Editor, you will also mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles. Your contributions will directly impact how Intercom communicates with its audience, making your role crucial in the company's mission to transform customer experiences.
