You have a strong technical background with experience in customer-facing roles, ideally in a solutions architect or similar position. Your expertise in API integrations and AI technologies allows you to provide valuable insights and support to clients. You are passionate about enhancing customer experiences through innovative solutions and have a proven track record of helping businesses succeed with technology.
You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with Customer Success Managers, Sales Engineers, and R&D teams to deliver exceptional service. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner makes you a trusted advisor to clients. You are excited about the potential of AI in customer service and are eager to help businesses leverage this technology effectively.
Desirable

What you'll do
In this role, you will assist customers in integrating and deploying Intercom's solutions, ensuring they maximize the value of the platform.
