You have a strong background in solution architecture with a focus on customer engagement — your experience allows you to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences, including technologists, developers, and project managers. You are adept at identifying customer needs and proposing comprehensive solution designs to complex business problems, ensuring that clients achieve their project goals.

You possess a foundational understanding of technologies related to Contentful and stay up to date with industry trends — this knowledge enables you to create and deliver technical enablement on product platform features to customers. Your ability to synthesize product developments into best practices and workshops is a key asset in your role.

You are skilled in creating prototypes or code examples to facilitate customer onboarding and support projects — your hands-on approach helps bridge the gap between technical capabilities and customer requirements. You continuously seek and communicate customer product feedback to internal teams, ensuring that the voice of the customer is heard and acted upon.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solution Architect at Contentful, you will work closely with international teams post-sale, providing consultative advice and recommendations on specific implementation use cases. You will conduct customer discovery sessions to understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that leverage Contentful's capabilities. Your role will involve maintaining a strong relationship with Sales and Customer Success Managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.

You will also support engagement managers in quoting and scoping Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring that project expectations are clearly defined and met. Your expertise will be crucial in creating enablement materials that help customers maximize their use of Contentful's platform. You will be expected to travel for on-site visits, with a reasonable expectation of up to 25% travel.
