Who you are

You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in customer experience or revenue operations. You are analytical and data-driven, capable of bringing clarity and structure to complex processes. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role, as you will work closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives. You understand the importance of customer experience and are passionate about improving it through effective operational strategies. You have a proven track record of supporting teams in achieving their goals and driving predictable revenue growth. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on key objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Scaled Customer Experience leadership team, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis. You will help shape the operational processes that support customer success, education, and digital engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives, facilitating communication and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
